Directed by Son Hyeon Hee, The Worst Guy Ever takes a comical look at the sacred institution of marriage and its potential pitfalls. The demure Yeum Jung Ah (Sad Movie) and the hilarious Tak Jae Hoon (Marrying The Mafia) make an unlikely pair in this slapstick comedy which features Yeum's stiff rendition of pole dancing, the couple's hysterical dance sequence, and a super-charged bed scene. Fans of Tak Jae Hoon will be delighted with The Worst Guy Ever as it offers plenty of his signature style of mischievous ad-libs. Moreover, cameo appearances by Shin Hyun Joon (Marrying The Mafia 2), Kim Sun Ah (My Lovely Sam Soon), Shin Yi (Oh My God), and comedian Kim Mi Ryeo add extra comic flair to the plot.
Joo Yeon (Yeum Jung Ah) and Sung Tae (Tak Jae Hoon) have been the best of friends for ten years, but all that is about to end. In consolation to the news of yet another friends' holy matrimony, the two lonely friends drink the night away - only to discover themselves cuddled up on a motel bed the next morning. Both are determined to dismiss the incident and in their fervent vow to keep their friendship unaffected, they drink some more, only to wake up in the same motel the next day! Accepting it as divine intervention of some sort, they agree to tie the knot. At first the transition seems quite smooth, but they soon discover that married life isn't all that it's cut out to be. Temptations are everywhere. With a sexy publisher breathing down Sung Tae's neck and a sleek advertising director sweet-talking Joo Yeon, the newlyweds just wish they were single again.
